Idea of Geocaching Icon
The icon is shaped like a circle but the ends do not completely touch one another. Instead the bottom end continues inside the circle and forms the shape of a cross at the center of it.
This Geocaching icon is a responsive icon. This means that it's optimized for four resolutions, from tiny 16x16 until highly detailed 80x80. The style comes from the latest Microsoft Office, which makes it perfect for any Windows applications, in particular, those with ribbon toolbar control. Unlike other icon packs that have merely hundreds of icons, this monster icon pack contains 15,800 icons, all in the same style and quality.

Just one icon for geocaching:

There are more icons concerning geo cache:
- the traditional cache icon: cache icon
- the multiple cache icon:multiple cache icon
- the "unknown" cache icon:

Another icon that would be nice to have is a "map with a cache box drawn on it".

Note that a "cache" can be a little box hidden in a tree, or a large box buried in the ground. Mostly a cache is placed in a box, but that doesn't necessarily have to be so in some situations (for example hiding the cache on the back side of a road sign).
