This is a Google Plus Filled icon. We've made it in iOS style, first introduced in iOS version 7 and supported in all later releases up until now (at least iOS 11). This style is based on thin two-pixel lines and is optimized for 50x50 px. Unlike other vector icon packs that have merely hundreds of icons, this icon pack contains 12,900 icons, all in the same style and quality.
We've received the idea on April 04, 2012 and created the icons on May 22, 2012
I know that you have a few social media icons, but could add Forrst and stuff like that?
Story about Google Plus Filled Icon
Google Plus is the social networking service that no one used, ever. You probably made a Google+ profile at some point and then, like the millions of others, left it in the cold. Once upon a time, Google+ tried to go up against social media behemoths Facebook and Twitter—and we all know how that one ended.
In 2011, Google+ was launched as Google’s fourth attempt at a social networking service; its equally unknown predecessors were Google Buzz (2010–2011), Google Friend Connect (2008–2012), and Orkut (2004–2014). Google+ offered to group our friends into ‘Circles’ in order to filter our privacy by limiting the people who sees our posts to a certain set of friends. Turns out, we don’t like privacy and there is a pressing need for everyone to see multiple photos of one baby. Welcome to the internet, G+! This is where people need all the validation they could get, even from strangers. The official Google+ logo today comprises of a capital ‘G+’ written in Google’s Product Sans typeface, with a bright red background.
